Hey Mama,
You give your all to your family, but when was the last time you gave some love to yourself?
It’s time to glow up—with God leading the way.
You don’t have to do it all alone.
God sees you, hears your prayers, and wants to help you rise up stronger, softer, and more joyful than ever.
Let’s talk about glowing up in your faith, your mindset, and your self-care.
This is about feeling whole from the inside out.
Here are 3 simple steps to show up for yourself with God’s love.
1. Talk to God Every Morning
Your glow starts with prayer. Take 5 quiet minutes before the kids wake up to thank God, ask for strength, and speak life over your day.
Try This:
- Read a short verse like Philippians 4:13.
- Write one prayer request and one gratitude note in a journal.
- Say: “God, help me love myself like You love me.”

2. Let Go of Guilt & Fill Your Cup
Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish—it’s holy.
When you care for your body, heart, and mind, you’re honoring God’s temple.
Try This:
- Take a 15-minute walk and listen to worship music.
- Say no to one thing today that drains you.
- Drink water like it’s your job!

3. Speak Life Over Yourself
Words matter—especially the ones you speak to yourself.
Glow up by changing how you talk about YOU.
Try This:
- Say affirmations like: “I am chosen. I am loved. I am enough.”
- Write one thing you love about yourself each day.
- Read Psalm 139 and smile at how wonderfully made you are!

You Got This, Mama!
You don’t have to glow up alone.
Let God be your guide, your healer, and your source of light.
