Hi Mama!

Being a single mom is not easy.

I know how it feels to be tired, stressed, and trying to do it all alone.

But I want you to know that peace is possible.

I found it by adding a few simple routines to my day—and now, I want to share them with you.

These little steps gave me more time and helped my child feel safer!

If you feel stuck, try just one of these today!

1. Start Your Morning With Quiet Time 🕊️

Before my soulsun wakes up, I spend as much time as I can get in prayer or quiet thinking.

I ask God to help me through the day (asking Him for my daily bread)!

This keeps my heart calm.

2. Use a Simple Meal Plan 🍽️

We eat leftovers or fun food on weekends.

3. 10-Minute Clean-Up Rule 🧹

Every night, try setting a timer for 10 minutes.

Pick up toys, fold blankets, and wipe down the table.

It teaches our children responsibility and keeps our space peaceful.

4. Talk Time at Bedtime 🛌

After reading a bedtime story, ask your child one happy thing and one hard thing from their day.

This builds trust and helps their little heart stay open.

5. One Self-Care Moment a Day 💆‍♀️

Even if it’s just a bubble bath or listening to a favorite song, I give myself 10 minutes just for me.

A better me means a better mom.
